The illustrated disc flight line is based on the manufacturer field testing results, during its development process. So, to level the playing field we chose to put a different spin on things for such visual illustrations. Sticking to the manufacturer's test results will offer you a good baseline for how that particular disc will fly.
The Innova Pro Katana is a high speed distance driver that can provide you max distance. It's a fantastically flippy disc that has a stable hyzer finish at the end of the flight. If you throw this disc you'll get an S curve or a hyzer flip that will get you a long way down the fairway.
The flight path of the Innova Katana is slightly unpredictable. It's definitely going forward and a long distance, its one of the furthest fliers in the game and is perfect if you're looking to move further down the fairway than anyone else on your card. This is a great choice for a hyzer flip, or if you have a long downhill throw to get that full turn before it comes back. The Katana doesn't need the giant arm you think it would for a 13 speed, it's going to have lots of flip for players who throw 275/300 feet regularly.
Pro plastic from Innova is a grippy blend that's got a little more of a flexible feel than premium blend plastic. It flies like a seasoned star plastic disc right out of the box. It's great for cold or wet weather when you want extra grip, or don't want to beat in a disc to make it have turn.
The Pro Katana is an exceptionally long flying disc. It's perfect for huge distance shots when you want something to flip over and ride the anny and then glide forward and have a flex back. Garret Gurthie threw the Katana an astonishing 618 feet in the 2019 World Distance Championships! See what this disc can do for your game.
