Shipping policy
At Sabattus Disc Golf, we know that getting your new plastic quickly and in perfect condition is the top priority. Here is how we get your gear from our course to your front door.
📦 The SDG Shipping Standard
We never use bubble mailers for discs. To help reduce our footprint and—more importantly—to ensure your discs never arrive warped or bent, every disc order ships in a sturdy, corrugated box.
- Fast Turnaround: We aim to process all orders within 24 hours.
- Daily Mail Pickup: Our carrier picks up at 10:00 AM EST, Monday through Saturday.
- Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Saturday or during Federal Holidays will be processed the following business day.
Shipping Methods & Tracking
- Standard Shipping: We ship via USPS Ground Advantage or UPS (whichever is most efficient for your location).
- Heavy Gear: Large items like baskets, bags, and carts ship via UPS. Please provide a physical street address for these items, as UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
- Real-Time Tracking: You will receive an automated email with your tracking number the moment your shipping label is printed.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we do everything in our power to ensure a smooth delivery, Sabattus Disc Golf is not responsible for packages once they are scanned as "Delivered" by the carrier.
USPS Delays: It is common for USPS to mark a package as "Delivered" 1–2 days before it actually arrives. We appreciate your patience!
Missing Packages: If your tracking says delivered but you can't find it, please contact your local post office. They can provide GPS scan data to help locate it.
Local Pickup (Maine Residents)
