We want you to love what’s in your bag. If a piece of gear isn't the right fit, we are here to help you get sorted. 

🔄 30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for an exchange or store credit. To be eligible, your item must be:

Unused and Unthrown: Discs must have no scuffs, ink, or field-test wear.

Original Condition: Apparel must be unworn/unwashed, and accessories must be in their original packaging.

How to Start a Return

Ship it Back: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service (and a box for discs!) to ensure it reaches us safely.

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund or store credit. 

🛡️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

 If we made a mistake (sent the wrong disc, wrong weight, etc.) or if your item arrived damaged, we’ll make it right. * Please fill out our Refund Request form within 7 days of delivery.

  • In these cases, SDG will cover all shipping costs to get the correct gear into your hands.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used Gear: Once a disc is thrown or inked, it belongs to your bag! We cannot accept returns on used items.
  • Gift Cards: SDG Gift cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash.
  • Clearance/Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, a refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
