Fill out the return request form:
If the product was damaged during shipping a claim will need to be filed with Route if the insurance was applied or purchased. If Route insurance wasn't applied the shipping provider will need to be contacted as they are responsible for the item once in their possession.
Replacement for defective items:
If the item is defective and overlooked during shipping, we will assume the cost in shipping a replacement to you. If we do not have a replacement to offer we will issue a store credit for that amount. All replacements are shipped USPS Ground, the cost of a shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.
Changed Your Mind:
If you have changed your mind and wish to send the item back please contact us by filling out the above form and we will reach out to you to discuss what will happen next. Customer assumes all costs in shipping the item back. Once the item is received in the same condition with labels, unused/unworn a store credit will be issued less the shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Wrong Item Shipped:
Mistakes happen and if we sent the wrong item we will pay for the shipping to return to us and will work on getting you the correct item or an item of equal value to make things right.
All returns will be inspected, there will be no refunds issued if the item has been used or received in a condition that doesn't allow us to sell it.
