The illustrated disc flight line is based on the manufacturer field testing results, during its development process. So, to level the playing field we chose to put a different spin on things for such visual illustrations. Sticking to the manufacturer's test results will offer you a good baseline for how that particular disc will fly.
The Innova I-Dye Destroyer is an overstable high speed distance driver that has a unique color swirl in the plastic. This disc is one of the most popular Innova discs, because it blends power and control very well and handles the forehand and backhand players needs. Each of these discs has different swirls or patterns, and since they're Champion blend they tend to be a higher weight.
The flight path of the Destroyer is straight with a little high speed turn and a long slow fade at the end of the flight. If you're consistently throwing 375+ feet out there, this is the disc for you. Professional players on the Disc Golf Pro Tour use this because it's reliable. You can lay into a Destroyer and know that it will come back even if you flip it up. These are a primary driver for advanced players as well. Expect plenty of forward flight and glide when you throw this disc.
Innova I-Dye Champion blend plastic is a premium blend. It's super durable and tends to be more overstable than other plastics. It's got a great sheen to it as well.
