SDG Insurance & Shipping Package protection Plan

In an effort to provide more safety, assurance, and insurance for our amazing customers, we’re happy to announce that Sabattus Disc Golf is now integrated with a Package Protection Plan. This is a shipping insurance company that offers complete protection for Sabattus Disc Golf shipments. You'll have the option to add the insurance to your order at checkout to safeguard against any unforeseen hiccups that may arise.

• Coverage: The insurance covers the replacement value of the item being shipped and is limited to the cost of the item, including any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling charges if unable to replace the item.

• Eligible Purchases: All items purchased on Sabattus Disc Golf and shipped by us are eligible for coverage under this policy.

• Exclusions: This policy does not cover damage or loss resulting from acts of nature (such as floods, earthquakes, and hurricanes), war, terrorism, or any other similar events outside of the control of Sabattus Disc Golf. Additionally, this policy does not cover items for which proof of delivery has been supplied by the courier company, even if the customer claims that the item was not received.

• Claims Process: In the event of loss or damage, the customer must notify Sabattus Disc Golf within 3 business days of receipt of the item. Sabattus Disc Golf will then initiate a claim on behalf of the customer with the shipping carrier and, if the claim is approved, will provide a replacement item or issue a refund to the customer.

• Limitation of Liability: Sabattus Disc Golf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the loss or damage of the items being shipped.

• Modification of Policy: Sabattus Disc Golf reserves the right to modify this policy at any time and will post any changes on the Sabattus Disc Golf website.

By purchasing an item on Sabattus Disc Golf, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this Shipping Protection Insurance Policy.
