The illustrated disc flight line is based on the manufacturer
field testing results, during its development process. So,
to level the playing field we chose to put a different spin on
things for such visual illustrations. Sticking to the manufacturer's test results will offer you a good baseline for how that
particular disc will fly.
The 2023 Innova Nexus Nate Sexton Firefly is a stable putter that offers great grip and a flatter top than some putters. This lower profile helps you speed up your putt and cut through the air a little more sharply. Nate Sexton is the Team Innova captain and this putter fits his needs. The Firefly stamp is small so it doesn't distract you while you're lining up that 30 foot tester.
The flight path of the Firefly is stable when putting. It's going to have almost no hyzer finish except on throws of over 40 feet. If you're using it as an approach disc it has a little more torque resistance and can handle a backhand. But it won't take the forehand well. The Firefly is easy to use. Simply aim at the pole and either push or spin and expect it to keep that straight line to the basket.
The Innova Firefly is a great choice in Nexus Glow plastic because it offers that sticky tacky grip you need in a putter. You're not throwing this high speed into trees so a premium blend would offer less grip. The plastic glows incredibly faintly, it's almost unnoticeable.
The Innova Firefly is perfect for stable putts. The Innova Firefly flight numbers are 2-3-0-1 and they keep pretty true to it. It might be a 2.5 glide, with the flat top.
Snag one of these awesome discs and support Nate Sexton as he tours the world throwing Innova discs. You get an awesome disc and you get to support a great dude.
