Our shipping days are Monday-Friday (holidays do no apply). All orders placed before 7:00 am EST the following day will be processed and shipped that day.
Flat Rate - Bubble Mailer: Will ship for $3.95 via USPS. Bubble mailer can hold 1 - 4 discs depending on molds. Do Not Bend Labels are applied to front & back for additional precautions.
Ship in a Box: Flat rate of $4.95, 1 disc will ship First Class, 2 or more discs will typically ship USPS Priority or UPS whichever is less.
Local Pick Up ONLY: This is for Maine residents to pick up at the Pro Shop once fulfilled and you'll receive a notification when ready.
Free Shipping over $75.00: All orders will ship in a bubble mailer if it fits, otherwise will ship in a box.
Once the order has been fulfilled you'll receive your tracking information via email. Please note that if you haven't received your package when expected, we do not have any additional information than you are receiving and ask for your patience.
Larger items: Feel free to contact us to calculate the additional shipping charges and if available within the states.

Replacements: Customers assume all costs in shipping to us and we assume the cost in shipping replacements back to the customer. All replacement products are shipped USPS Ground unless a rush is requested. The cost of the shipping upgrade is to be paid by the customer prior to shipment.

Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted with your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order, providing your order has not been charged and/or shipped out. In the event that a cancellation was submitted and your order was shipped out after, we will gladly refund the complete balance charged including shipping. However, if the cancellation was documented as received after the order was shipped, we will refund the merchandise total less shipping upon receipt of the returned items.

Yes, each disc is photographed and labeled at the top so you know which disc to select.
Please note: Some discs that have multiples of the same color disc & stamp we will photograph 1 and group together. If the color varies slightly it will be given a different color title then photographed separately. Color representation may vary depending on the devise you are using from the actual product.
