Despite the rain, Oak Hill Middle School still got out to enjoy their annual Wellness Day to the fullest. Promoting fitness and staying active, the school goes out to different locales where the kids can participate in fun activities such as swimming, zip lining, and of course, disc golf! Approximately 30 kids coped with the endlessly soggy weather Maine has been enduring, to play a round on our Owl course. As SDG is all about family, fun, and fitness, we are proud to be a part of the school's program.

These are some of the most iconic shots in the history of disc golf (in my opinion). They in some way influenced the game. Many of these shots will be fairly recent as we’ve really only been able to consistently watch disc golf for the last decade. I encourage people to record disc golf and I know that with the level of interest and support we already have, it’s going to continue to grow.
